Janet Lindner will be conducting live blood analyses before the forum on Saturday. If you would like to be on the list for this register and we will email you with a time once we know (sometime before the forum depending on how many people registered). There will be a $180 fee that will be taken at the time of your appointment.
This costs $180.
You may get a call from a LSI rep to confirm a schedule.
Please note fees are associated and will be collected when you arrive. Please do not register if you are not going to attend the Forum. If you register and then cancel you will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee to cover the minimum overhead cost.
